Refund policy

1. Return and Exchange Conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchased design products. However, if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer the option of a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• Returns or exchanges are possible within 14 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be returned in unused, undamaged condition and in its original packaging.
• Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at becausewelovek@gmail.com, providing your order number.

• You will receive a return label and instructions for the return process.
• Please send the product back within 7 days of receiving the return label.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Within Germany, we cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged products.
• For returns due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the return.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

• We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
